CEREMONY
Under careful guidance ceremony participants are invited to reconnect to the natural world, to bring curiosity to their experiences of life and to soak up the shared bliss.
Cacao ceremonies come in many different forms. Audrey works in ceremony by sharing and blessing the cacao in a circle, talking about the medicine and then guiding people through a channeled meditation.
Each time we drink Cacao can be very different. And the medicine is here to expand upon elements of our being. Sometimes this may mean our thoughts disappear and we drop into the stillness, other times people will feel many emotions.
The Mayan ceremonies are always centered around a fire. When Cacao is present it is a part of the ceremony and, like the fire, a way to connect with the spirit world.
Cacao beans are also used as an offering into the fire, to give the spirits the beautiful aroma of the beans.

I’ve loved sharing about this medicine and linking people with its roots, its lineage and teaching some of the truths and mistruths that abound.
I’m taking a break til next year but I will return in 2023 with an offering similar to what you can read about in my blog where I reflect on how I want to “teach” this work as a lot of what I wrote here remains true. I am here to be a bridge between worlds.
